BHSA School Fete 2024

Please join us for the fantastic BHSA School Fete
on Sunday 19th of May,
1-4pm,
in the Junior School playground .
There will be face painting, crafts, games, a raffle, Jambs’ Owls, 2nd hand books, games & handmade gifts for sale, a candy floss stall, the licenced BHSA Cafe Bar and more!
Children will receive 10 tokens on arrival which they can use for the activities on offer, and more will be available to buy on the day.
Last year was amazing, thanks to all the volunteers and for the kind donations. We now would love your help again. If you are able to help on the day please let your BHSA Rep know.
Books & Board Games: we welcome donations of quality 2nd-hand books and board games.
Raffle: we would also appreciate donations to our raffle. If you have a service or business with which you can contribute as a prize, that would be fantastic.
Handmade Stall: the handmade stall was very popular amongst the girls last year. If you're crafty and can donate something, please let us know. Smaller items like scrunchies, homemade jewellery, keyrings, friendship bracelets etc are very welcome. Sorry, no food.
*You can drop donations at the school office after the Easter holidays, from Monday 22nd to Wednesday 24th April.**
*This event is an OUTDOOR ONLY event, and like Camp Night & Fireworks will proceed outside in all weather unless the school requires us to cancel due to severe bad weather. This is unlikely in May, but please come prepared for glorious sunshine - or spring rain! The interior of the school will be off limits to ticket holders except access to the washrooms.
**BHSA event tickets are non-refundable. The BHSA runs events like this partly to make money for the charity fund that benefits the girls at school, alongside supporting the community values of the school. We often must make financial commitments to external suppliers ahead of time, therefore regrettably we cannot offer refunds as this would impact the BHSA funds.
